He was an amazing teacher. He taught me and me friend Connie Arnold History and Geography even though he was an English major. After I graduated from college we became friends and he and I became friends and Bernard and I used to go to the Kennedy Center as well as smaller centers along 14th Street as well as the DC Jewish Community Center. We also went to a number of the Smithsonian Institutes as well as other smaller art institutions.
