Mark R. Youmans ’62 died on May 23, 2016, in Columbus, Georgia.

Columbus, GA- Mark Richmond Youmans, 75, of Columbus, GA passed away May 23, 2016. He was born July 18, 1940 in Schenectady, NY to his late parents Marcus and Elizabeth Youmans. Mr. Youmans was a member of East Highland United Methodist Church, an Attorney, retiring from the Law Firm of Page Scrantom Sprouse Tucker & Ford after 30 years of service. He served his country proudly as an Army Viet Nam Veteran, was an avid stamp collector and Auburn Football Fan.

Along with his parents, Mr. Youmans is preceded in death by his brother, Peter Youmans. He is survived by his devoted wife of 47 years, Mary Anne Youmans; daughter, Catherine Michelle (Barry) Matthews; grandchildren, Henry, Audrey, Hailey, and Wesley Matthews; sister, Serena (John) Middleton; nephews, other family members and many friends.
