Albert C. McKenna ’47

Albert C. McKenna ’47 died on July 15, 2009, in West Yarmouth, Massachusetts.

He was born on September 10, 1925, in Newton, Mass., and prepared for college at Newton High School and the Huntington School in Boston. At Bowdoin, he was a member of Theta Delta Chi fraternity. He worked as a security salesman for Goldman Sachs in the 1950s and was hired as merchandise manager for wholesale druggist McKesson and Robbins, Inc. in 1963. He was a member of the Traveling Men’s Association and the Masons. He is survived by a daughter, Lee McKenna Carter.
