Andrew M. Neher of Tequesta, Florida, September 7, 2025. Andy is survived by his wife, Dawn Neher, his brother, Timothy P Neher, and his wife, Molly, and sisters Jennifer Neher Burkhardt and Allison Neher Shearer. Devoted father of Stacey Neher Miller and her husband, Matt, of Millis, MA, and Andrew James Neher (Jamie) and his wife, Jen, of Tequesta, Fl. Loving grandfather to Abigail, Drew, Lucy, and Payson.

Born on September 9, 1947, to Harry Paul Neher and Alice Pyper Neher in Jersey City, NJ. He grew up in Wellesley, MA, and had a distinguished career in the real estate development business. He retired from TA Realty, after serving as a partner there from September 1992 to December 2003, to pursue his dream of building a world-class golf club. He was an excellent athlete, winning countless awards and championships in both basketball and squash. Accomplishments including all-honors as a member of Bowdoin’s championship basketball teams. A low-handicap golfer, Andy won numerous club championships and tournaments at his clubs in Massachusetts and Florida. But his development of Old Sandwich Golf Club in Plymouth, MA, was his most prized golf accomplishment, as he oversaw the construction and management of the highly-rated club with competence, grace, and humanity. He was rarely seen without one of his cherished golden retrievers, and he was happiest when they were on the golf cart with him while he played golf.
