David C. Egelson ’77

David “Dave” Charles Egelson, 68, passed away on March 21, 2024, in Jersey City, New Jersey. He was born on May 2, 1955, in Newton, Massachusetts, where he also grew up. He lived in Fairfield, Connecticut, for several decades, where he raised his family. Dave would often visit Cape Cod, which was a special place throughout his life.

Dave held a bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College and master’s degrees from the University of Rhode Island and the University of Dallas. His dedication to learning was evident in both his personal and professional life.

In his leisure time, Dave enjoyed watching sports, boating, cooking, and hunting. These hobbies brought him great joy and allowed him to connect with nature and his loved ones.
