Edward O. Fisk ’57 died on February 3, 2015, in Fairhaven, Massachusetts.

Edward Olin Fisk, 80, of Wareham formerly of Falmouth and E. Longmeadow, died Tuesday, February 3, 2015 at Royal of Fairhaven Nursing Home in Fairhaven. He is survived by his beloved wife of 54 years Helene A. (Weston) Fisk.
Born in Springfield, he was the son of the late Olin M. & Marguerite (Hunt) Fisk. Mr. Fisk received Masters Degrees from both Bowdoin College and Syracuse University. He was a previous resident of Falmouth for over 20 years where he was employed by the Comm. of Mass., Department of Transitional Assistance. He then moved to E. Longmeadow where he ran his family’s golf business for several years.
Mr. Fisk was a U.S. Army veteran serving from 1957 to 1959. Edward loved music and played many instruments. He enjoyed playing the snare drums for the Brian Boru Pipe Band in Falmouth and traveled with them to Ireland to compete. He enjoyed football and never missed a Patriots game. Most of all Edward enjoyed being with his children and grandchildren.
Survivors include his wife; Helene; his sons, Jeffrey T. Fisk of Wareham and Edward J. Fisk and his wife Beth Fisk of East Longmeadow; his sisters, Faye Fortuna of Middletown, CT and Eleanor Gerken of Floyd, VA; his brother, Robert A. Fisk and his wife Elaine Fisk of East Longmeadow; his grandchildren, Ryan, William and Robert Fisk, Jr. and Chelsea and Kimmi Fisk. He was predeceased by his son, the late Robert E. Fisk.
