Hans “Rudy” Wirth, 83, of Baldwinsville, passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017, at Francis House. He was born on a beautiful Christmas morning in Middletown, CT, to his parents, Hans and Anna Maria (Kienzle) Wirth. Rudy spent most of his career serving as CEO at various hospitals in New Hampshire, Maine, and most recently at Moses Ludington Hospital in Ticonderoga, before retiring in 1996.
He leaves on earth to carry his legacy, his loving wife of twenty years, Lorraine (Collins) Wirth, his beloved children, Karl (Ann), of MN, Raymond (Leslie), of ME, Roland (Michelle), of AK, Kirsten Wirth, of NH and Onalie (Peter) Arts, of MA, sister, Rosemarie (Paul) Krenitsky, of MA, step-children, Joy (Jim) Bush, of Camillus, Stacy (Andrew) Fregon, of Syracuse and Ryan Fregon, of Ticonderoga, grandchildren, Nicholas, Shanti, Annie, Olivia, Justyn, Kaden, Kathryn, Mason and Evelyn.
