Harry Lindemann Jr. ’46 died on April 25, 2017, in Bath, New Hampshire.

Bath, NH- Harry Lindemann, Jr., 90, of West Bath Road, died unexpectedly at his home on Tuesday, April 25, 2017.
Harry was born in New York City on December 16, 1926, to Harry and Caroline (Turno) Lindemann, Sr. Following his graduation from Teaneck (NJ) High School, he attended and graduated from Bowdoin College in Maine. He served in the New Jersey National Guard. On April 9, 1949, he married Gene Alice Lutters.
Harry worked for Oneida Motor Freight in Carlstadt, NJ, as the night operations manager. In 1990, he and Gene moved from Oradell, NJ, to West Bath.
Harry had been a school board member in Oradell. Locally, he was the treasurer for the Bath School District and served on the Bath Zoning Board of Appeals.
He was predeceased by his wife of 65 years, Gene A. Lindemann on July 12, 2014 and a son John Lindemann on October 25, 2013.
He is survived by five children, Laura Lindemann of Elabelle, GA, James Lindemann of Bath, Scott Lindemann and Roselynn of Washingtonville, NY, Rich Lindemann of Dumont, NJ, and Craig Lindemann and Andrea of Louisville, KY; five grandchildren, Kristen, Jacqueline, Kyle, Daniel, and Thomas; three great grandchildren, Hunter, Ravan, and Eiris; and a sister, Edith Johnson of Philadelphia, PA.
