It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our beloved son, Karl Tinashe Nyangoni (October 26, 1988, to April 13, 2021). Karl graduated from Lincoln Sudbury High School in Sudbury, MA in 2007. At Bowdoin College in Brunswick, ME, he earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science with an emphasis in International Relations in 2013. In high school, he did track and field and played varsity football. He was involved in student government and was an Eagle Scout (Troop 63). His passion was entrepreneurship. He founded Swikkler, a technology company, and worked for several startups. At the time of his death, he was a valued team member of Olympique Sustainable Corporation. Karl had a wide network of friends from all walks of life. His interests included climate change, poverty alleviation, global harmony, and the elimination of economic exploitation and injustice. Karl is survived by his parents, Wellington and Pamela Nyangoni, his sister, Rufaro, and a large extended family in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, the European Union, New Zealand, Australia, Saudi Arabia, China, and Zimbabwe. May Karl rest in peace and may his light always shine in our memories.
