Kendhall Davis, twenty-eight, of Gray, died by suicide on May 7, 2018 after a courageous and heartbreaking battle with bipolar depression. He was a kind and gentle soul who is now at peace, and he will be deeply missed.

Kendhall grew up in Gray, and graduated from Gray-New Gloucester High School in 2008, and Northfield Mount Herman in 2009. He attended Bowdoin College until the onset of his illness.

Kendhall was active in many sports growing up, including baseball, basketball and track, but he excelled at soccer, playing from kindergarten into college. He didn’t find his true passion, playing the drums, until Northfield Mount Herman. He played in many bands over the years, and most recently in No Good and Rememberslave. He worked at Portland Mattress Makers.

Kendhall was predeceased by his grandparents Donald F. and Lorna Hall of Gray; his grandmother Shevann Davis of Florida; and his aunt Margaret Hall of Gray.

Kendhall is survived by his mother, Barbara Hall Davis of Gray, his father Bradley and half-sister Brianna Davis both of Florida; his uncle and aunt James L. and Helen Hall of Gray, aunt Berdina Davis of Florida, and uncle Brian Davis of Arizona; many cousins and friends.
