Leonidas C. Seferlis ’89 died October 14, 2009, in Washington, D.C. He was born on June 13, 1967, in Washington, D.C., and prepared for college at St. Alban’s School. At Bowdoin, where he was a member of Delta Kappa Epsilon fraternity, he was awarded the Sewall Latin Prize as a sophomore, and graduated cum laude. He spent his senior year abroad at the London School of Economics. An avid cyclist, he worked as a bike messenger and participated in many local races. He also loved scuba diving, downhill skiing and reading. He is survived by a brother, Clift Andrus Seferlis.
