Paul S. Hurwit ’67 died in November 2014, in Amherst, Massachusetts.

He was born on November 8, 1945, in Hartford, Connecticut. He prepared for college at the Loomis School in Windsor, Connecticut. He was a member of Alpha Rho Upsilon fraternity at Bowdoin and later attended Columbia University and the University of North Carolina where he earned a master’s and a Ph.D., respectively.
