Richard C. Fisk ’61 died on November 2, 2019 in Suffield, Connecticut.

Richard C. Fisk, 81, beloved husband to Sandra J. (Greenberg) Fisk, entered into eternal rest on Saturday, November 2, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on December 22, 1937, the son to the late Noyes Mayo and Elizabeth (Wetsel) Fisk. Richard enjoyed a career as an actuary with Monarch Life Insurance Company, after which he and his wife became small business owners and managers of a Merry Maids franchise. Richard was a talented athlete, and enjoyed watching sports, especially UConn basketball. He was an avid tennis player and also loved skiing and golf. Richard’s happiest times were spent at Sun Valley Campground and on trips to Las Vegas with his wife. In addition to his wife of 40 years, Sandra J. Fisk, Richard is survived by his two beloved daughters: Caroline Leach and her husband, Raymond, of Somers, and Jennifer Fosberry and her husband, Alan, of Farmington; grandchildren: Amanda and Thomas Minor, and Matthew, Hannah and Ryan Fosberry; three great-grandchildren: Aubree and Kendall McKenna and Emma Minor; a sister-in-law, Sue Fisk; and several nieces and nephews. Richard was predeceased by two brothers: Rodney Fisk and Noyes “Peter” Fisk; and a sister-in-law, Elaine Fisk.
