George A. Watkins II ’59 died October 21, 2012. He was born in Boston on June 12, 1937, and prepared for college at Concord (Mass.) High School. He attended Bowdoin from 1955 to 1957, a member of Theta Delta Chi fraternity. He worked as a production manager for the Juice Corporation of America. He is survived by his wife, Barbara A. O’Keefe Watkins; sons Edward Roger and George A. Watkins III; daughter Elizabeth Morrow Tomasini; and five grandchildren. He was predeceased in 1981 by his son, James Michael Watkins.
