James “Jim” Edward Baillie, age eighty-four, of Austell, passed away December 16, 2017. Jim is survived by his loving wife, Lyn Baillie; daughter Anne Baillie Ervin; daughter Katie Baillie Miller and husband Kurt; grandchildren, Spencer, Logan, and Baillie. Jim enjoyed eighty-four years of living a full and joyful life with countless blessings of precious family and friends, sixty-two years of a loving marriage with his beautiful bride, thirty-eight years working at Newsweek Magazine as the southeast advertising director, countless years and memories of being the best dad anyone could ask for, and a decade plus as our Papa to his pride and joy grandchildren. A faithful life blessed beyond measure.
