Roderick L. Huntress Jr. ’54 died on March 22, 2015, in Nashville, Tennessee.

Roderick Huntress Jr., age 82, of New Prospect, died Sunday, March 22, 2015, at St Thomas Hospital in Nashville. He was a member of New Prospect Methodist Church and self-employed hydraulic tool salesman.

He is survived by his wife, Margie Floyd Huntress, of New Prospect; two daughters Angie Johnson of Munford and Brandy Stretton of Chattanooga; one brother Charles Huntress of Limington, Maine; one sister Lois Huntress of Innis, Texas; and one grandchild, Chloe Johnson.

He was preceded in death by his parents Roderick Huntress and Bertha Haggett Huntress.
